MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_prPdiDdGvOg/SODX4UDm0nI/AAAAAAAAAO8/rPPqV-MztpE/s320/003.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; Azi am facut o prajitura cu prune foarte usor de facut ,insa nu m-am putut abtine sa nu pun o si o fotografie  cu stefan,ca prea dulce e.&lt;br /&gt;Pentru prajitura avem nevoie de:&lt;br /&gt;*5 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;*5 oua&lt;br /&gt;*250 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;*o cana si jumatate faina de grau (am masurat cu o cana obisnuita de apa)&lt;br /&gt;*o lingurita praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;*prune cam 300-400g-spalate si taiate in doua&lt;br /&gt;*esenta de rom,un praf de sare.&lt;br /&gt;Albusurile se bat spuma  cu sarea,apoi se adauga zaharul si se mai bat pana ce acesta se dizolva.Se incorporeaza  pe rand ,galbenusurile,uleiul,esenta de rom,praful de copt si la sfarsit faina amestecand usor de jos in sus cu o furculita.Tapetam  cu faina o tava dreptunghiulara de aragaz si turnam compozitia in ea.Deasupra asezam prunele cu fata in jos.Dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade .Lasam 10 minute,apoi dam focul la 185 de grade si mai lasam 30 de minute.Este gata cand trece testul cu scobitoarea.&lt;br /&gt;Scoatem din cuptor si lasam sa se raceasca putin,apoi pudram cu zahar si taiem prajitura.&lt;br /&gt;Eu am taiat-o bucati mai mari ca sa ramana si prunele intregi.&lt;br /&gt;Este o prajitura usor de facut,iar combinatia de rom cu prune e minunata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_prPdiDdGvOg/SODXnFftnpI/AAAAAAAAAO0/jEyFXv67FEI/s1600-h/005.JPG"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5251434232004058770" style="DISPLAY: block;                                           300g ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;                                           1 ardel rosu sau gogosar&lt;br /&gt;                                           praf de curry&lt;br /&gt;                                           sare&lt;br /&gt;                                           piper&lt;br /&gt;OREZUL TURCESC:1 cana de orez,2 linguri ulei,delicat,3 cani de apa.&lt;br /&gt;Se taie pieptul de pui cubulete potrivit de mari si se condimenteaza cu sare ,piper si curry.Se lasa sa se marineze o ora,dupa care se pregatesc frigaruile alternand carnea cu ardelul si ciupercile si se pun la fript pe gratarul incins.&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp pregatim orezul:se clateste orezul in apa rece si se scurge bine de apa.Se pune la prajit in uleiul incins amestecandu-se mereu sa nu se prinda( 5 minute ).Peste orez se toarna apa fierbinte amestecata cu delicat si se lasa sa fiarba pana nu mai este deloc apa.Amestecam din cand in cand sa nu se prinda de cratita.Se ia orezul de pe foc si se acopera repede cu un capac lasandu-se 10 -15 minute,dupa care se serveste alaturi de frigarui.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_prPdiDdGvOg/SNlXH9bfWOI/AAAAAAAAANo/COdmVa4Qvl0/s1600-h/004.JPG"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5249322634937587938" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_prPdiDdGvOg/SH5sJKTZR3I/AAAAAAAAAAc/8tRA8fSdaGs/s320/390.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Este o prajitura pe care o fac de cand eram in liceu.Reteta o am de la o colega de clasa&lt;br /&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;FOI:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;250g faina 50g unt&lt;br /&gt;1 lingura amoniac&lt;br /&gt;50ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;1 ou&lt;br /&gt;1lingura cacao&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amoniacul se dizolva in lapte si se face un aluat din toate ingredientele.Se inmparte compozitia in doua si se coc doua foi,pe dosul tavii,la foc potrivit cam 10 min fiecare foaie.Trebuie sa fim atenti pentru ca se ard foarte repede.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MIJLOCUL PRAJITURII:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;4oua&lt;br /&gt;6 linguri zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;4 linguri faina &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Galbenusurile cu zaharul se amesteca pana devin spuma,apoi se adauga 4 linguri faina,amestecand usor cu o furculita .la sfarsit se adauga albusurile care au fost si ele batute spuma.Se coace in tava dreptunghiulara de aragaz(aceeasi pe care am folosit-o si la coptul foilor cu cacao),in care punem hartie de copt.Egata cand trece proba scobitorii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CREMA:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;5 linguri faina se fierb in 300 ml lapte.150g unt se freaca spuma cu 200g zahar tos.Se pune zeama de la 2 lamai si se amesteca cu crema de lapte,rece.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pun o foaie cu cacao-crema,apoi foaia de pandispan-crema si la urma foaia cu cacao.Deasupra se pune o glazura de ciocolata si nuca de cocos sau bilute colorate sau ce vreti voi.&lt;br /&gt;Se da la rece si este buna a doua zi cand se poate taia.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
